Service Commitment of the Chair

We are committed to providing innovative teaching and fair supervision. A cooperative working relationship on an equal footing is important to us. Therefore, we make the following commitment:

• Marking of exams and theses
  You will receive your grade no later than four weeks after the exam date. After submitting your bachelor's thesis you will receive your result within four weeks, and after submitting your master's thesis within six weeks.
• Feedback meetings
  We offer you a personal feedback meeting with your supervisor after seminars, oral examinations and theses.
• Contacting the Chair
  You will receive a reply to your e-mail within two working days. If requested, you will be offered a personal appointment with a staff member or with Professor Trenz within one week.
• Study information
  You will always find the latest information about our courses on our website and in Stud.IP.


• Other certificates and references
  If you meet the necessary requirements, we will prepare required certificates or references for your study abroad or scholarship applications within four weeks.
• Research- or practice-accompanied theses
  Outstanding students will be offered the opportunity to write a research- or practice-accompanied thesis.
