Erasmus + Social Inclusion

Students

Regardless of the programme country, additional funding, so-called "Social Top-Up", of € 250.00 per funded month can be granted. If more than one feature applies to a Social Top-Up, the additional funding can only be granted for one of them. All Social Top ups can be combined with the Top up Outgoing Traineeship.

An initial enquiry is made during the application process for a study or work placement. Students, who have been selected and nominated for a stay abroad, will then receive a notification including a link from the ‘Abteilung Göttingen International’ (Göttingen International Office). The submission of an application via the ‘Mobilitätsportal’ is binding and the deadline for submission must be met. Late applications cannot be considered. It is the responsibility of participating students, who receive a Social Top-Up, to keep the relevant receipts for 5 years and to make them available to the ‘Abteilung Göttingen International’ (Göttingen International Office) if requested (e.g. for financial audits).
