We are delighted to invite you to our Diwali Celebrations 2024, a vibrant celebration of Indian culture, traditions, and community. This year’s event promises to be a memorable gathering with cultural performances, delicious Indian cuisine, and the chance to connect with the Indian community in Germany.

✨ Special Guests: We are honored to welcome delegates from the Consulate General of India, along with esteemed guests from our university, who will join us in celebrating this special occasion.

🎭 Cultural Performances & Dandiya Dance: Enjoy live cultural performances featuring traditional Indian music and dance, with Dandiya as one of the main highlights. Join in the lively Dandiya dance, adding an exciting rhythm to the celebration.

🍛 Indian Cuisine: Indulge in a selection of authentic Indian dishes, available for purchase, that have been specially prepared for the celebration.

🎁 Games & Competitions: Participate in fun games and competitions, with the chance to win exciting prizes.

👶 Kid's Activities: Families are welcome to enjoy a dedicated kid’s corner with activities such as Mehendi, face painting, and more.

📸 Photo Booth: Capture the moment with a themed photo booth featuring traditional props.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow community members, celebrate our cultural roots, and share the joy of Diwali with the wider Göttingen community. The event is open to everyone!
